Service Description

Littleworlds provides a monthly subscription service delivering personalized, AI-generated storybooks for children. Parents upload photos and provide profile information to create a personalized reading experience.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all content uploaded to your account, including photos.

Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for the current period are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos you upload. Littleworlds retains rights to the AI-generated story content and illustrations. Each personalized book is created for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell the book content.

Photo Usage Consent

By uploading photos, you confirm that you have the legal right to share these images and consent to their use for generating personalized storybook illustrations. Photos are used solely for this purpose and are not shared with third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Littleworlds strives to deliver the highest quality personalized books. However, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated content will be perfectly accurate in every detail. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
